<p>• Prepare variance analysis to forecasts and budgets<br />
• Prepare summaries and analysis for supervisor, management and GMs and provides valuable information as to the profitability of the offices and what counselors/management can be doing to grow<br />
• Prepare management information necessary for profit meetings<br />

<p>This position assists in the management of Web projects from the initial pitch to implementation, collaborates on setting strategy for client projects, and integrates online communications with other client communication activities. The project manager also supports account directors and account managers in the day-to-day management of accounts in the area of online communications.</p>
<p>The Project Manager (PM) is an integral team member responsible for managing the execution of complex projects and/or larger accounts. The core responsibilities include planning projects from inception to close and managing the project work flow, scope, timeline and budget. The PM must possess strong leadership skills to drive the projects forward while working with a team of designers, web developers, vendors/partners, account teams and external clients.</p>

<p>Flawlessly Execute<br />
• Manage projects by communicating tasks and updates to the project team, documenting scope changes in real time and reviewing the budgets and time entry weekly<br />

• Effectively and efficiently facilitate the team to develop solutions, and that will result in creation of high quality, innovative ideas<br />

<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>
<p>• 3-5 years of interactive project management experience at a public relations agency, advertising agency, interactive/Web agency, or consulting firm<br />

• Ability to communicate well and be flexible, and precise under aggressive deadlines.<br />

Candidate should be self-motivated, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects. Scope of work will include employee messaging, media training, planning and executing media events, media materials development (news releases, media advisories, background materials, media messages and Q+A), pitching and securing coverage, and tracking and reporting that coverage. Position requires some travel within the state and the ability to work outside normal business hours.</p>
<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>
<p>Successful candidates must be results oriented, have a solid track record of effective media relations in North Carolina, strong writing, strong organization and acute attention to detail. Skills in product placement with the media are essential.</p>

<p>Responsibilities will include:<br />
• Develop websites, tools and applications primarily in the LAMP environment.<br />

<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>
<p>The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience developing web applications, ideally in a business environment driven by consumers [agency, freelance, consulting or E-commerce]. In addition, the candidate should have demonstrated and deep technical knowledge of the following:</p>
<p>• Development of WordPress sites, with an emphasis knowledge of available and emerging added value plug-ins<br />

<p>Fleishman-Hillard Dallas has an immediate opening for a Digital Managing Supervisor/Vice President to join our booming Southwest digital practice. This position is a client-facing role that will help shape account strategy and serve as the day-to-day contact on accounts. It requires a candidate who is organized and efficient with a clear understanding of the principles of building relationships and a deep knowledge about the methodologies and execution of digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will be able to identify and delegate tasks effectively, manage and motivate small teams, and have strong written and verbal communications skills.</p>

<p>• Serve as liaison between the digital team, agency account management staff, and clients<br />

<p>The Receptionist is the first point of contact for clients, business partners, other Fleishman-Hillard offices, and internal employees. A professional, polished presence with the ability to troubleshoot and direct inquires and questions to the appropriate party is required. Additional duties include:</p>
<p>• Overall responsibility for the front desk. This includes opening the front office, screening and directing telephone calls, greeting visitors, and managing meeting rooms and schedules.<br />
• Ownership of the mail function, including processing incoming and outgoing mail, managing large and small shipments, postage, working with vendors, and making sure packages and mail are appropriately routed in a timely manner.<br />
• Maintenance of kitchen and conference rooms, including making sure public areas are clean and tidy, organization, and inventory tracking.<br />
• Support Talent Development liaison and office manager.<br />
• Additionally, this person will be part of the administration team and will assist administrative staff on client projects and events, and miscellaneous office requests.</p>

<p>• Minimum two years experience in an office environment including knowledge of office equipment; postage, printer and copier experience.<br />

<p>The Vice President will join a growing team and lead strategy and plan development to drive measurable ROI for clients. The Vice President will also work closely with traditional PR practitioners to ensure a holistic communications strategy. The role will also require new business origination, proposal development and pitching.</p>
<p>This is the top-level digital role in Singapore, and as such the successful candidate needs to develop and deliver a longer term business plan that supports their and the GM’s vision for digital. This position is a regional role and will support other offices in the APAC region, with a focus on India.</p>
<p>This role will demand regular public appearances and media engagements in order to promote the successful candidate’s thought leadership in the field. <p>• An experienced professional with expertise in applying digital communications solutions within a strategic communications framework.
