<p>This individual will expand the services of the firm’s award-winning communications team that includes expertise in digital communications, B-to-B marketing, corporate counsel, media relations, internal communications, research, and design.  He or she also will help to develop and serve clients on a national basis.</p>
<p>This position will be responsible for the day-to-day project management, business development and oversight of integrated communications programs for a variety of clients. He or she will frequently work with account teams from other FH offices and agencies who work in partnership with Fleishman-Hillard.</p>
<p>This individual’s success will be measured by client satisfaction; development of successful, high-impact programs; the ability to work as an effective leader and collaborative team member; and the ability to serve as a creative, thoughtful source of current best practices in all aspects B-to-B communications.</p>
<p>Profile:</p>
<ul>
<li>An experienced corporate communications professional engaged in client counseling, new business development and strategic program development.</li>
<li>A proven communicator with strong and persuasive writing and oral presentation skills.</li>
<li>Proven leadership skills.</li>
<li>A good listener, team player and counselor who can build strong relationships with agency clients, account staff, client relationship leaders and other senior managers in the firm.</li>
<li>Experienced in social networks and follows trends in emerging media.</li>
</ul>
<p>Responsibilities:</p>
<ul>
<li>Translate industry, competitive and consumer trends and insights into impactful client programming.</li>
<li>Direct the development and provide strategic direction for various client materials: plans, presentations, reports, communications documents.</li>
<li>Develop and edit high quality written materials, including media correspondence, client presentations, sales materials, etc.</li>
<li>Develop relationships and coordinate correspondence with external audiences: third party organizations, industry influencers, media and client partners.</li>
<li>Supervise and train junior account staff, determine workflow and assignments.</li>
<li>Build and maintain strong client relationships at the senior level and build/recruit strong agency account teams.</li>
<li>Oversee the client budget development, tracking, billing and communications; proven ability to run accounts profitably.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>A minimum of 8 years of B2B communications or corporate relations experience.  Previous experience in an agency setting is required.</li>
<li>Skilled communicator with a deep B-to-B foundation of experience in a broad range of corporate communications, including thought leadership, lead generation, media relations, customer service, and issues management.</li>
<li>Expertise in B-to-B communications in one or more of the following sectors:  technology, healthcare, professional services, education, and/or manufacturing.</li>
<li>Ability to direct research and interpret and apply the results to develop programs and approaches that convey a company’s value and differentiate it from others in the competitive field.</li>
<li>Ability to synthesize complex integrated marketing communications aimed at segmented audiences across all disciplines—advertising, direct mail, promotion, employee communications, social media, and public relations.</li>
<li>Proven ability to lead major client engagements, set priorities, and a willingness to take ownership.</li>
<li>Possess a high level of energy, excitement, and enthusiasm, as well as vision and creative problem-solving skills.</li>
<li>Entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to work as a part of a team in the development of programs and presentations.</li>
<li>Excellent writing, speaking and presentation skills.</li>
<li>Attention to detail, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.</li>

The Senior Designer partners with an on-site Creative Director and a global design team to deliver creative solutions that include Web site design, e-mail, direct mail, print advertising, brochures, presentation and sales support materials, and more.</p>
<p>We are seeking a passionate designer with strong organization, project management, presentation, problem solving, and hands-on visual design skills. The right candidate will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects for Fortune 500 clients. As a sought-out internal consultant, the selected candidate will help account staff at all levels use creative solutions to solve client problems.</p>
<p>Responsibilities include:</p>
<ul>
<li>Implement design delivers across a variety of media</li>
<li>Contribute to budget and program planning</li>
<li>Develop simple to moderately complex creative solutions appropriate for a variety of industries and client types.</li>
<li>Assist Creative Director to define and implement to consistent standards</li>
<li>Work with vendors and free-lancers on behalf of clients</li>
<li>Contribute throughout the creative process, from concept to conclusion</li>
<li>Recommend resources and tools to improve department efficiency and effectiveness</li>
<li>Assist with coaching and evaluation of interns, contractors and other supplemental resources</li>

<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>

<li>Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field</li>
<li>A minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in a design position</li>
<li>Communications agency experience (advertising, PR, marketing, etc.) strongly preferred</li>
<li>Strong design portfolio showcasing your outputs across variety of media</li>
<li>Experience with print, digital and presentation design collaborating with account staff and clients to deliver on defined strategic objectives</li>
<li>Ability to carry out all phases of the design process</li>
<li>Experience with design solutions appropriate for consumer marketing, informational graphics, identity development / branding and other</li>
<li>Ability to translate concepts across multiple mediums including video, online and dimensional formats</li>
<li>Proficiency with all current design implementation programs including Adobe and InDesign.</li>

<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>

<li>Minimum of 10 years of communications experience, either in a PR agency or a corporate PR position</li>
<li>A strong interest  in the technology market, with recent experience working with B2B and/or enterprise technology companies</li>
<li>Demonstrated experience executing public relations plans and the ability to plan and implement strategic communications programs within scope and budget</li>
<li>Ability to think strategically and analytically, for the purpose of formulating client recommendations/counsel.</li>

<p>Responsibilities include:</p>

<li>Contributing to overall business development strategy, methodology, staffing and tools</li>
<li>Communicating business opportunities to management and facilitating growth of capabilities and book of business</li>
<li>Developing and managing project budgets and forecasts</li>
<li>Working with peers across the network to leverage practice and office resources to benefit clients</li>
<li>Building relationships with key account leaders</li>
<li>Negotiating work with clients and resolving high level client issues</li>
<li>Leading project teams as the need arises</li>

<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>BA/BS Degree</li>
<li>Very Organized, creative and ambitious</li>
<li>8-12 years of large agency or consumer brand experience in developing and implanting public relations programs</li>
<li>Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skill with ability to sell solutions to senior management within a client      organization</li>
<li>Able to identify decision maker and influencers within a client organization</li>
<li>Able to build strong relationships within client organizations through quality work and through leadership</li>
<li>The ability to define solutions that will generate measurable results for clients</li>
<li>Must be skillful in writing strategic plans, proposals and other written materials</li>
<li>Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects/accounts, manage staff, client relationships, and deliver      results.</li>
<li>Strong bi-lingual (English and Chinese) writing skills, including the creation of compelling proposals and presentations ,</li>
<li>Strong oral communication and presentation skills, including the ability to lead client meetings and presentations.</li>
<li>Ability to develop and oversee accurate budgets and timelines</li>
<li>Demonstrated leadership skills</li>
<li>Auto experience preferred</li>

<li>Work with the digital and internal PR teams to build an online communications strategy to take or extend brands socially, drive traffic and increase loyalty.</li>

<li>Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community.</li>

<li>Build reports and recommendations with valuable insights from analytical data</li>
<li>Monitor trends in community tools, experimenting in new tools trends and applications.</li>

<li>Able to transform clients’ messaging into powerful bite-size pieces (140 characters or less)</li>
<li>Networking: Attending industry events and keeping up to date with trends and case studies.</li>

<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>

<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Ideal candidate will have 4-8 years of communications experience, with a strong working knowledge of the consumer food and nutrition space, preferably in an agency setting.</li>
<li>Experience across social media platforms such as microblogging (Twitter) and mobile location-based services (FourSquare) along with content sharing sites including Facebook, YouTube, Flickr and resources such as Quora or other online forums.</li>
<li>The ideal candidate is an active blogger and/or has active relationships with other bloggers and the online food/wine/lifestyle community in general. Must have experience cultivating relationships with bloggers on the basis of trust, integrity and accessibility.</li>
<li>Proven understanding of business, consumer and lifestyle media, and well-developed-skills in building and maintaining traditional and digital media relationships.  A demonstrated hands-on media approach is required.</li>
<li>Excellent writing abilities with experience in all forms of written communication.</li>
<li>Strong presentation skills with ability to interact with client on a day-to-day basis.</li>
<li>Ideal candidate must be energetic, a self-starter and problem solver; gets things moving, keeps them on track, and understands how to switch gears when needed.</li>

<p>Responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, managing and executing programs for Fortune 100, mid-sized and start-up companies, and advancing corporate communications strategies.  Scope of work will include responsibility for managing campaign cycles – from planning and development to execution and measurement – and supervising the work of account team members by setting priorities, delegating responsibilities and maintaining deadlines</p>

<p>The San Francisco office has an immediate opening for a Managing Supervisor to join our dynamic corporate reputation practice.  This position provides a fantastic opportunity for a passionate PR practitioner to assist nationally-known clients in the telecommunications, sports and gaming industries with their public relations and communications activities.  You’ll work closely with collaborative teams on corporate positioning and reputation, and high-level media relations.</p>
<p>Responsibilities:</p>
<ul>
<li>The ideal candidate will work with senior members of the team to manage and execute integrated communications programs that embrace all areas of corporate reputation management, including message platforms and activation, executive visibility programming, leadership communications and issues management.</li>
<li>Maintain and develop strong traditional and online media relationships; review/assess industry trends to identify opportunities to inject FH’s clients into current news cycles; drive story idea development, work closely with media to shape and control communications that are in line with overall account objectives.</li>
<li>As a strategic counselor, the candidate will serve as the day-to-day contact for several clients, and manage teams on program execution.</li>
<li>In addition to developing and managing budgets and plans and executing day-to-day deliverables, the Managing Supervisor will manage projects and clients, and pursue new business by contributing to proposals and opportunities.</li>
<li>Play a pivotal role in handling many of the day-to-day deliverables for cross-functional teams, including content creation and oversight as well as project and account management.</li>
<li>Develop and edit high-quality written materials, including press releases, pitch letters, background materials, planning documents and executive communications.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>The successful candidate must be results oriented and have a strong understanding of current trends in corporate reputation management.  Experience executing global and regional corporate reputation programs is a plus. Additionally, candidates should have:</li>
<li>Minimum of 5-7 years of agency experience in developing and implementing integrated communications programs, ideally with large, national brands.</li>
<li>A background in sports, gaming and the overall technology industry is highly desired.</li>
<li>Previous experience working with national and global brands is also a plus.</li>
<li>Advanced knowledge of business, consumer technology and vertical trade media, and well-developed-skills in building and maintaining traditional and digital media relationships.  A demonstrated hands-on media approach is required.</li>
<li>The ability to develop and generate support for strategic, comprehensive communications plans that apply creative tactics and use a variety of communication channels, including digital (e-mail, social media, blogs and intranet), print publications and brochures, executive memos, face-to-face meeting scripts/talking points, special events, video, and FAQs.</li>
<li>Excellent writing abilities with extensive experience in all forms of corporate and executive communication, from corporate news releases to executive talking points.</li>
<li>Experience executing social media campaigns with solid understanding of Facebook and Twitter is a plus.</li>
<li>A strong team orientation is critical based on the collaborative culture of the office and Fleishman–Hillard.</li>
<li>Ability to illustrate a results-focused approach and commitment to going the extra mile for clients. Experience working directly with clients on day-to-day activities.</li>
